Never miss a Japan-only drop
We check official Japanese sources every day · Updated Sep 05, 2026 15:10 JST
Kuromi's Japanese line leans into the character's punk-gothic side: Sanrio-store plush, apparel collabs, accessories and a steady stream of crane-game prizes. Kuromi is also one of the most frequent lottery (kuji) subjects, which changes how you have to buy.
Of the 60 drops we have logged: 23 are on Sanrio's Direct-from-Japan store, which delivers to 6 countries only (so most readers still need a proxy); 22 are online but Japan-only, so they need a proxy; 13 are sold in Japanese shops; 2 are events or in-person only. 12 of them are arcade prizes, which are never sold at retail.
We check the official Japanese sources six times a day, so this page reflects what is on sale right now — not an old round-up.
Newest first. Every drop page shows the realistic route and the exact link to order.

Two things sit on top of the item price: the service fee and international shipping. As of September 3, 2026:
Prize plush are never sold in shops. Either play an online crane game that stocks the prize, or buy it from the aftermarket on Mercari Japan through a proxy once winners start reselling — usually within days of the arcade debut.
Sometimes. Online lotteries usually require a Japanese address and phone number, though some proxies will enter for you where the lottery's terms allow it. In-store-only lotteries cannot be entered remotely.
Sanrio's Japanese online store and Sanrio shops, plus collab partners' own stores, Japanese retailers such as Loft, and arcades for prize items.
We track official Japanese sources daily and send two free emails a week — a Friday digest of the best drops and a Tuesday reminder of deadlines closing that week, with exactly how to order from overseas.
